Fantastic service. Sent an email and they called right away. Appointment made the same day. Estimate given and that’s exactly what I paid. Bing Li was the tech and he fixed the problem—a seriously blocked pipe to the laundry tub. Bing explained the steps taken as well as suggestions down the road. He is professional, very nice and 100% knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again.

Sewer Squad got an agent on the phone super quickly, who was really helpful in sharing my options and pricing, and the turnaround time for the technician was really fast.

I called at 7pm on Sunday night and they arrived at 10 sharp the Monday morning (as they said they would).

Ashton from Sewer Squad was super helpful, laid out the option very clearly, identified and fixed the problem very quickly as well.

Would recommend 10/10 again.

We had basement flooding in the past and they were able to remedy the problem very quickly by installing a Mainline Backwater Valve.

The plumbers were extremely tidy and polite throughout the entire process.

They arranged the inspection with the city and took care of all the required paperwork.

Would give them 6 Star rating if I was able to.

We called Sewer Squad in the morning about a broken pipe, and Technician Stephen Hughes was at our house to fix the problem that very afternoon.

His ETA and a picture/bio were texted to me before he came, which I appreciated, as I knew I was letting the right person into the house, and it was nice to know a bit about him first.

He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to repair the pipe within an hour!

I highly recommend Sewer Squad if you are looking for speedy and professional service. We will use them again.
