Sewer Squad Plumbing & Drain Services is a licensed plumbing company based in Ontario, Canada. We offer residential and commercial plumbing services across the GTA and beyond.

• Try to hack or damage our website
• Fill out forms with fake or misleading info

We do our best to provide accurate, upfront pricing. All estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes. You’ll always be informed of any price changes before we proceed.

We offer 24/7 emergency service. While we aim for same-day or rapid response, arrival times may vary based on your location and the nature of the issue. Emergencies are prioritized based on severity (e.g. flooding, sewer backup, no running water).

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers. Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to interest or collections.

6. Cancellations

Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem — just give us as much notice as you can. We don’t charge cancellation fees, but repeated no-shows may affect future service eligibility.

7. No Guarantees from Website Content

We try to keep our blog posts and FAQs helpful and accurate, but they’re meant as general information, not personal plumbing advice. For specific guidance, always book a licensed technician.

Sewer Squad is not liable for damage or loss caused by someone attempting a DIY repair based on something read on our website.

We work hard to do the job right and back that with our Squad Guarantee. But to protect our team and company, we’re not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by existing plumbing or hidden conditions we couldn’t reasonably detect
• Costs from delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party service interruptions
